Protein MannaBrew Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup brewed and chilled MannaBrew
  2. 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  3. ½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
  4. ½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
  5. 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  6. ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra warmth)
  7. 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  8. ½ cup ice cubes (for a thicker consistency)

Instructions
